With the image showing in your browser hit CTRL+S. Save it somewhere on your drive where it can reside permanently. If deleted you lose the wallpaper effect on your next reboot!

Press WIN+D. This minimizes everything.

Right click any desktop space and chose "Properties" from the resulting menu.

Select "Desktop" tab, Click "Browse" then point it to open your image you saved.

Click "Apply" and enjoy!
SPECIAL NOTE TO INTERNET EXPLORER USERS:
You can set the image as your wallpaper by right clicking the image in Internet Explorer and choosing "Set As Background".
